What do you want to bring into the world?
I want to contribute to a working world in which people know their strengths, are able to bring them to their work, and are encouraged to do so through good leadership.
For me, leaders have a particularly important impact: they can make people’s strengths visible, foster mutual understanding, and create spaces where people enjoy working together and can be effective.
What connects you with the idea of Light Creators?
What connects me with the idea of Light Creators is the belief that a great deal can emerge when people recognize what makes them unique, consciously use their strengths, and create something together with others from that foundation.
What do you want to bring into the world?
I help people find what is truly their own, bring it into the world with courage, and serve life through it.

I believe that future intelligence emerges from creative dialogues. That is what I want to contribute to with Light Creators.

What do you want to bring into the world?
My personal goal is to create spaces in which (young) people can unfold and grow into their authentic selves. I want to help people identify their own path and support them in taking the steps necessary to follow it.
I am still at the beginning of a long journey, but I can feel that this idea gives me warmth and carries me forward.
What connects you with the idea of Light Creators?
The Light Creators Tribe embodies a vision for me that is bigger than just a project. It is a movement I want to be part of because, at its core, it reflects what I deeply believe in. And everyone contributes to it in their own personal way.
