I want to contribute to a working world in which people know their strengths, are able to bring them to their work, and are encouraged to do so through good leadership.
For me, leaders have a particularly important impact: they can make people’s strengths visible, foster mutual understanding, and create spaces where people enjoy working together and can be effective.

What connects me with the idea of Light Creators is the belief that a great deal can emerge when people recognize what makes them unique, consciously use their strengths, and create something together with others from that foundation.

I help people find what is truly their own, bring it into the world with courage, and serve life through it.

I believe that future intelligence emerges from creative dialogues. That is what I want to contribute to with Light Creators.

My personal goal is to create spaces in which (young) people can unfold and grow into their authentic selves. I want to help people identify their own path and support them in taking the steps necessary to follow it.
I am still at the beginning of a long journey, but I can feel that this idea gives me warmth and carries me forward.
What connects you with the idea of Light Creators?
The Light Creators Tribe embodies a vision for me that is bigger than just a project. It is a movement I want to be part of because, at its core, it reflects what I deeply believe in. And everyone contributes to it in their own personal way.
Sometimes other people help us recognize our path in the first place.
Sometimes they give us the courage to walk it.
And sometimes, together, something emerges that none of us could have arrived at alone.

I went on a vision quest – a form of initiation that takes you out of the familiar and creates space to face the questions that are easy to avoid in everyday life.
That experience changed my life.
It showed me what I wanted to devote my life to: creating spaces where people can truly encounter themselves, recognize what is theirs, and find the courage to shape their lives from that place.
Many cultures once knew conscious rites of passage into adulthood. Ours has kept few of them. Yet we expect young people to know who they are, which path to take, and what they want to contribute.
Ever since, I have been exploring, researching and creating contemporary spaces for such transitions.
Light Creators is one expression of that mission today.
That there is something in every person that cannot be copied.
That we want to become still enough to perceive it.
That clarity does not always come from more thinking, but also from experience.
That we don’t only want to consume what others have made, but let reality come into being ourselves.
That ambition and humanity are not opposites.
That we want to build companies, projects and relationships that serve life rather than consume it.
That great things rarely come into being alone.
And that we don’t want to use our creative power to follow well-worn paths better – but to bring into the world what can only come into being through us.
